The partnership comprises 40 young people from 8 European countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Slovakia, Spain, Romania
The project context is one in which the unemployment rate of NEET young people (notemployed and not in education or training) is worryingly increasing, and the young people do not have the necessary skills to enter the labor market or start private initiatives.
The aim of the project is to increase the chances of access to the labor and business market of the NEET youth from 17-24 years by increasing the entrepreneurial skills.
The methodology will be dynamic and diverse and will be based on non-formal education. It will include games, presentations, lectures, entrepreneurial education, artistic creation, workshops, visits, intercultural evenings
The activities of the project will be preparation, trust and team building games, presentations of organizations and participants, the Erasmus + program and the youthpass certificate, cultural and study visits in Busteni and Brasov.
There will be 8 workshops in which the participants will find out about the unemployment in the partner countries, its causes and effects, will understand the key competences for employment and business, will meet with local young entrepreneurs.
The central workshops will teach young people to elaborate a CV, a letter of motivation, prepare an interview and create a business plan.
Piesakoties projektam, Tu apstiprini, ka varēsi piedalīties visu projekta laiku, kā arī veik ziedojumu Baltijas Reģionālajam fondam 10Eur apmērā. 100% apmaksāta ir dzīvošana un ēdināšana, ceļa izdevumus līdz 275 EUR atmaksā organizatori pēc projekta. Jautājumu gadījumā raksti: youth@brfonds.lv
