Iespēja jaunatnes darbiniekiem doties uz apmācību kursu “Leading to Equalisation”, kas notiks 13.10. 2017. – 20.10.2017. Faistos, Krētā (Grieķija). Apmācībās piedalīsies 24 dalībnieki no 8 valstīm – Grieķija, Latvija, Rumānija, Igaunija, Itālija, Bulgārija un Nīderlande.
Tiek meklēti 3 dalībnieki no Latvijas: Jaunatnes darbinieki, vecumā no 20 – 35 gadiem, kas strādā ar imigrantiem, patvēruma meklētājiem, jauniešiem, kas pametuši skolu vai jauniešiem no lauku reģioniem. Dalībnieki, kas ir motivēti attīstīt savas profesionālās prasmes un kam ir iespēja un pēc apmācībām organizēt neformālās aktivitātes un projektus jauniešiem.

Dalībnieku atlasi veic organizatori un apmācītāji, rezultāti tiks paziņoti personīgi uz e-pastu.

Opprotunitie for youth workers to participate in training course “Leading to Equalisation” which will be implemented in Faistos, Crete (Greece) from 13th to 20th of October 2017.
Participant could be youth workers, youth leaders, volunteers with the following background:
• be aged 20-35, with exceptions possible
• working directly with young people such as immigrants, asylum seekers, school droppers
and youngsters from rural areas
• carrying out activities in a non-governmental entity
• having the motivation and capacity to develop new projects for and with young people
on topic social inclusion
• motivated to learn and to develop their professional and personal competences
• be available for full participation in all phases of the course
• be responsible to take actions during the dissemination phase
Priority will be given to youth with fewer opportunities background
Every candidate have to fill application form!
The selection process will be made by the trainers in cooperation with the partner organisations.

We foresee to achieve the following objectives thanks to this project:
– to get to know the situation about marginalization in the participating countries and to share the different approaches for inclusion at country level;
– to share good practices about the importance of youth work in facing social exclusion;
– to plan new actions to be used by youth workers in their local realities to prevent and combat social exclusion;
– to give participants effective tools/methods to increase the impact of youth work in promoting inclusion;
– to learn how to apply Erasmus + programme as a tool for social inclusion;
– to create a network of youth workers active in promoting social inclusion and its benefits for the whole society.
