Jauniešu apmaiņas projekts “Social=Art”

The aim of the project is to organize youth exchange to raise awareness about social issues in society and to use art as a way of communication about people’s differences and its acceptance. As the name of the project suggests, it reflects how art solves social problems in our society.

We want to carry out this project because it is a great opportunity to promote and develop social interactions between European and partner countries citizens and break some of the barriers that individualism has created

OBJECTIVES

To expand the spectrum of people to be involved in art as a way of communication to raise awareness of social problems in society.

To discuss a number of social issues with participants from other countries and highlight the way to solve them through art. To cause an indirect impact on other people.

To raise awareness of people’s differences and how to accept them and live together in a happy society.

To develop a network of youth and leaders working with art-based communication methods to create new concerning strategies and projects.
